Every week, friends, family, clients, ask me“What is the market doing?” The market has been hot, hot, hot, and if you’ve bought or sold a home in the last 18 months, you’ve probably sensed that.
There’s a lot of discussion about where the market is going. I can tell you what I think is happening or list the things I’ve heard other people say, but if you’ve watched any of my real estate videos in the last few months you may have seen that the market is trending. Where is it going though?
